Samsung Electronics Canada, a leading innovator in the world’s technology industry, raises the bar in viewing, storing and enjoying special memories with the release of three new digital photo frame series – the H-Series, P-Series and V-Series.

With their stylish frames, vibrant colour display and storage capabilities, Samsung’s new digital photo frames provide users with an elegant platform to showcase their favourite memories. All three series of digital photo frames offers the ability to use the digital frame as a secondary PC monitor, where users can view files, surf the web, listen to MP3 files, watch videos and even access Instant Messenger. The P and V-series both allow users to enhance their photo-viewing experiences by playing MP3 files as background music for photo slideshows; in addition the V-series also provides users with Wi-Fi capabilities. Those with an abundance of images will embrace the H-Series frames that offer 7” and 8” screen sizes as well as 1G of built-in memory – allowing the user to showcase up to 3,000 photos.

V Series:
With the new V Series, users can wirelessly download images from their PCs via a Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi connection also allows individuals to view website photos without the need of a PC. With the SPF-85V model, users are connected to live web data and instant updates, which will automatically be added to the digital photo frame.

Offered in 8” and 10.2” screen sizes, the V will be available at Future Shop and Samsung resellers starting July 2008 at an MSRP of $229.99 and $239.99 for the black and wooden finishes respectively.

P Series:
Enriching the photo viewing experience, the P series allows users to play and designate MP3 files as background music for photo slideshows. What’s more, users have a choice of five playback slideshow speeds and can even apply various effects when transitioning from one slide to another. The series’ intuitive graphic interface is easy to use; allowing users to create slideshows and navigate through content effortlessly.

Available in 8” and 10.2” screen sizes The P Series will be available at Future Shop and Best Buy as well as Samsung resellers starting July 2008 at an MSRP of $169.99 and $229.99 for the black finish; $179.99 for the wooden finish.

H Series:
With its ultra slim and stylish design, the H Series seamlessly fits into any home décor style. Available in 7” and 8” screen sizes and offering 1G of built-in memory, the H Series provides users with a convenient way to showcase up to 3,000 photos.

Strategically designed so the controls are hidden on the trim of the frame, the LED Front Touch buttons are easily accessible without compromising the style of the frame.

The H Series will be available at Future Shop and Best Buy as well as Samsung resellers starting July 2008 at an MSRP of $119.99 and $149.99 for the black 7” and 8” respectively; $129.99 and $159.99 for the wooden finish.
